"One ME: A Century of Excellence" is an event thought of Dr. Manuel Belino, organized by 14 schools all over the metro. This event celebrates the 100 years of Mechanical Engineering Education in the Philippines.

The event started at University of Santo Tomas where all the students gathered together to be in the presence of the Lord.

After the mass, the real opening was set to begin. It all started off with the parade of muses as the presidents, muses, and captain balls of both volleyball and basketball made it up to the stage to represent their school and show off their respective muses.

This brought out the best of things because as much as this segment was only for fun, you could see how much the muses wanted to bring pride to their schools.
After having paraded through the stage, the representatives of each school then went down and the stage was then taken by professionals who had come that day to give insight on how they came to be engineers and what really goes on in the engineering world.

They key speakers were Engr. Antonio Dolloriat, Engr. Fortunato Davatas, Dr. Manuel Belino, Hon. Fernando Guevara and Engr. Efren Dela Cruz; these speakers lit up the fires in each and every student in the auditorium as they told their tales of hardships and difficulties and upcoming successes.

After the speakers gave their sentiments, the awarding of the best muse was next and of course, PSME-MITSU’s one and only Frances Jandoc emerged as the victor of this award.

To end the program, the students were given food and time to bond with their peers. This event had left such a mark on the students that it would’ve been difficult for them not to talk about what has happened.
