2016 MME Pre-Pageant: In The Army

PSME-MITSU held its annual pre-pageant last November 18, 2016 at the North Circle of Mapúa Institute of Technology – Intramuros. The pre-pageant aimed not only to show-off the candidates’ Theme Wear, Formal Wear and talent, but also to showcase their intelligence upon responding to Question and Answer portion.

The pre-pageant started loud as the hosts, Vince Luchavez and Marco Poquiz, surveyed unto whom the audience were betting for. The hosts then proceeded by reading the mechanics, criteria for judging, and lastly introducing the panel of judges which were: Engr. Jovvin Hermogino, Engr. Marc Allan Magbitang, Mr. Gabriel Balao-as, and Ms. Martina Pilar.

The candidates then kicked off with their theme wear as they introduced themselves – stating their name, batch, and motto in life. The male candidates were Tim Santiago, Daniel Kim, Dave Santos, Jiffy Acosta, Ariel Cruz, Ernest Garcia, and Raphael Macam; and the female candidates were Kim Luzon, Maria Belmonte, Diane Mendoza, and Joyce Masangcay.

Renz Alcance together with Alta Mamuyac and Meyer Eugenio led an intermission number. The event then moved, shocked, and amazed the audience as the candidates showcased their talent. Lastly, as the event comes to its end, the candidates showed-off their formal wear heading to the question and answer portion.
